1. Definitions
"JK Freight & Logistics" refers to JK Freight & Logistics GmbH and its affiliated entities. "Customer" refers to any person or organization that contracts with JK Freight & Logistics for services. "Shipment" refers to any cargo accepted by JK Freight & Logistics for transport.
2. General Terms
All services provided by JK Freight & Logistics are subject to these terms and conditions. By tendering a shipment to JK Freight & Logistics, the Customer agrees to be bound by these terms.
3. Liability
JK Freight & Logistics's liability for loss or damage to shipments is limited as provided by applicable international conventions and national law.
